All merchandise is
guaranteed. A full refund plus one-way shipping will be issued if the merchandise is not as
represented. Refunds of the purchase price less shipping charges will be issued if you
change your mind about an item. Items must be received
within 10 days of your receipt of merchandise. Returns can only be
accepted with the1950s.com sticker intact.
All fragile items will be well packaged and
double boxed. Any claims for damage incurred during shipping must be
handled by the buyer.
Merchandise must be returned
intact within 10 days of receipt. You must notify us by e-mail before returning an item.
From time to time items may be temporarily
unavailable for sale as they may be currently on e-bay. Also, as we are
doing this part-time, we have a tendency to forget to remove items from
the site as they are sold. We are trying to do better, but please bear
with us. We apologize for
this inconvenience.

We have attempted to describe
all merchandise as accurately as possible. All dinnerware is in excellent condition unless
otherwise noted. Our definition of excellent: no damage or serious wear
i.e. : no chips,
cracks or hairlines, no crazing, no major use wear. Most of the dinnerware we sell is over
40 years old, some pieces may have minor surface scratching, if this or factory flaws such
as minor glaze misses or prominent kiln marks are important to you please inquire about
this when ordering.
I ship UPS economical
ground almost exclusively. All packages shipped via UPS are
automatically insured up to $100. If you desire an alternate carrier,
please let me know before shipping is quoted.
